"Ganesh mahotsav" generally observed with traditional fervour and gaiety through out the country. Maharashtra has a great tradition set up by "Dr. Balagangadhar tilak", who unified all the groups of the diverse traditional practices under one roof, which was very helpful to organise and fight against the British rulers.

"Himalaya parvatiya CHS" has been carrying that tradition alive, and this year also we can see Ganpathy archana is being carried out in our colony. Jai Ganesha !
